Jawz at CXA!

Train like a warrior in the JAWZ (Jump & Agility Warrior Zone) program at our facility. Through obstacle-style circuits, agility drills, tumbling foundations and strength training, young athletes build speed, coordination, confidence, and discipline — all while having fun. This program is ideal for children of any sport background who love to move, climb and challenge themselves.

MINI SHARKS (AGES 3-4)

foundational movement, balance and confidence. Our youngest athletes dive into controlled movement, body awareness, coordination and strength through fun obstacle challenges and age-appropriate games. Focus areas include balance, jumping, rolling and safe landings; beginner agility and coordination drills; basic tumbling shapes like bear-walks, bridges, and log rolls; plus confidence-building teamwork. The goal: learn to move with control, follow instructions, and have fun while building the skills of a future Warrior Shark.

JUNIOR SHARKS (AGES 5-8)

Building athletic ability through agility, strength and skill progression. At this level we introduce structured agility drills and power-based challenges to develop a strong athletic foundation. Class contents span multi-directional agility and reaction speed, core and body-weight strength, beginner tumbling and acro basics, dynamic balance and coordination circuits, and an intro to Warrior‐style obstacle courses. The class goal: build strength, confidence and endurance while learning how to tackle challenges like a true Shark in training.

WARRIOR SHARKS (AGES 9-13)

Advanced athletic training for strong, confident and skilled movers. This class combines speed, agility, endurance and advanced obstacle skills. Athletes refine control, power and precision while engaging in Warrior-style challenges and tracking personal bests. Focus areas include advanced agility and reaction-time circuits; explosive strength and jump power; precision balance and obstacle mastery; core conditioning and endurance challenges; and cultivating a Warrior mindset of focus, grit and perseverance. The class goal: develop elite athletic ability, push limits safely, and build confidence to perform in any sport or activity.
