What is NinjaZone?
NinjaZone is the next big movement in kids’ athletics. Ninjas are channeling their energy through a fusion of obstacle training, martial arts, gymnastics and freestyle movement. This program is transforming the way that kids move.
What should we expect from NinjaZone?
NinjaZone focuses the minds of enthusiastic kids by using movements their bodies inherently crave. Ninjas are trained to spin, roll, flip, kick, and fly through challenges – almost as if they are starring in a real-life video game.
What are the age requirements to participate in NinjaZone?
We offer two programs for our NinjaZone program based on age and offer NinjaZone classes to those ages 3-13. Our Lil’ Ninja Sharks program is specifically for boys and girls, 3 to 4 years of age. Our school-aged NinjaZone program – Ninja Sharks – is specifically for ages 5-13 and has multiple skill levels. You can find information specific to each of these programs on their dedicated page.

LIL' NINJA SHARKS
Ages 3-4
This class is specifically for our littlest ninja sharks that are 3 to 4 years of age. Lil’ Ninjas is the entry level to the all-new sport discipline inspired by gymnastics, martial arts, obstacle training, and freestyle movement.
Class goals include: Listening skills, confidence, trying new things, working through frustration, and manners. We do all this through a strategic mix of skills and progressions.
There is a required uniform with a fee of $35. This is due at your child’s first class upon picking up your child’s uniform.
NINJA SHARKS
Ages 5-13
In our school-aged ninja program, our ninja sharks learn a combination of flips, rolls, jumps, and kicks. They also test their strength and agility through obstacle courses and various training techniques. A progressive level system evaluates and advances children in their skill and knowledge of core values as described in the NinjaZone creed. Children advance and learn at their own pace. The levels of NinjaZone are defined by the headband colors of White, Yellow, Green, Blue, and Purple.
