Classes For All Ages & Skill Levels

Tumbling specifically refers to the practice of skills and techniques performed on the floor or trampoline. It focuses on developing strength, flexibility, and coordination through skills such as flips, handsprings, and cartwheels. Tumbling is a great choice for those who love flips but prefer not to engage in the broader apparatus-based gymnastics training. Additionally, tumbling classes are a great add-on for all of the cheerleaders working on tumbling skills.

Recreational Class Options

This is for our beginner tumblers that are learning rolls, cartwheels, and handstands.

This is for our athletes who have mastered the beginner basic youth class and have all the required skills. They will begin to work on handsprings in this class and progress through tucks.

This is for our beginner-level tumblers who are learning front and back walkovers, round-offs, and handstand forward rolls. To register for this class, you must already have a solid forward and backward roll, a cartwheel, and a handstand.
